TuffStuff’s Proformance Plus Seated Row is a full commercial-quality machine, proudly designed and manufactured in Chino, California, United States. Engineered to deliver a smooth and natural rowing motion, it features 360° fully articulating handles, allowing users to customize their grip and adjust hand positions throughout the movement, much like using dumbbells. The gas-assisted adjustable seat enables targeted training: setting the seat higher encourages pulling toward the abdomen to emphasize the lats and mid-back, while a lower seat position promotes pulling toward the chest to target the upper back. A middle seat position offers a balanced contraction between these areas.
